YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll be working on

Create engaging visual content and maintain strong brand communication across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and business materials.

Create creative designs for social media, websites, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

Develop graphics that align with company branding and visual guidelines.

Design promotional materials for digital marketing campaigns.

Create social media posts, reels covers, thumbnails, and digital creatives.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

Develop concepts, layouts, and visual compositions from initial ideas.

Edit and enhance images, photos, and other visual assets.

Maintain consistency across all brand communication and marketing materials.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative techniques.

MUST HAVE

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Canva and other design tools.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create designs for different digital platforms.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.
BONUS SKILLS

Good to Have

Experience with UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, website design, and technology businesses will be an added advantage.
